heightened tension during news briefing on the incident saying that "the
potential for this fire to spread is extreme!"
Meanwhile, Colorado state Governor John
Hickenlooper signed an executive order declaring a state of emergency over the disaster
"ordering $5.5 million from the Disaster Emergency Fund" as damage
escalate
